Summary of Job Duties:
This affiliated provider position is leasing space in Northwest Arkansas. This contingent worker record establishes system affiliation for an independent healthcare provider operating under a space use agreement at a UAMS NWA outpatient clinic location. The provider leases space from UAMS NWA and maintains an independent practice. The provider is not an employee of UAMS, receives no compensation or benefits from UAMS, and is not subject to UAMS supervision in the delivery of clinical care. This record exists solely to facilitate facility access, identification badging, and applicable system access as required for operations within the leased space.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted licensure to practice in the State of Arkansas in the applicable discipline. Executed space use agreement with UAMS on file. Proof of current professional liability insurance meeting the requirements of the space use agreement.
