Overview

We're searching for a Project Manager with 2+ years in a PM role in an agency environment with a focus on pharma advertising as this role aligns toa leading BioPharma Client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT). 

The Project Manager will have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with agency partner leads within a Production environment, the project manager will help lead project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of projects; banners, social ads, website, emails, and print materials. The project manager will focus on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand clients' and project business goals and objectives 
  • Identify project deliverables and manage all aspects of the project including a) planning, estimation and scoping, b) schedule, c) risks, and d) resources 
  • Develop and maintain project plans, detailed timelines, statements of works and change requests 
  • Proactively manage shared resources with resource manager to ensure project completion. This includes internal teams and freelancers as well as external vendors 
  • Ensure the success of each project from initial approach to project close, applying project lifecycle methodologies that best suit the work at hand 
  • Engage agency departments from client service, strategy, creative, MedReg, development, quality assurance, and others to most effectively contribute to the project deliverables 
  • Manage changes effectively throughout project delivery 
  • Track and control project progress (activities, milestones, deliverables) and estimation/re-estimation work as necessary
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience working as a project manager with a focus on managingdigital and/or traditional advertising projects
  • Experience managing Pharma advertising projects (DTC and HCP) in an agency setting
  • Financially competent with a demonstrated ability to plan and deliver projects within deadlines and against budgets.
  • Solid understanding of processes and agency functions.
  • Knowledge of project, task and knowledge management tools, ie. MS Project/Smartsheets, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Enthusiastic participant in the digital / interactive space, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. 
Additional Information

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
