Job Description: 
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Seminole, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience at our Spa is nothing short of outstanding!
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Meet membership sales goals and maintain a minimum conversion percentage of 15% 
  • Attend all Membership Training/webinars.
  • Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff.
  • Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa.
  •  Manage spa sales performance.
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships.
  • Capable of working flexible hours.
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. 
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.

  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be exceptionally organized and have excellent attention to detail
  • Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
