Hand and Stone is seeking for an Assistant Spa Manager in Broomall, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-5 years of management/sales experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment and strong entrepreneurial spirit. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Retail/sales experience
  • A passion for people and sales
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
  • Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
  • Experience with a booking system is a plus
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
  • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
