in the membership-based spa services industry. Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Stonecrest, is seeking a Lead Spa Front Desk Associate. Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front desk team of Spa Associates
  • Meet membership sales goals
  • Coach Team members
  • Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
  • Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
  • Capable of working flexible hours - morning/evening and weekend shifts
  • Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
  • Assist with reporting
  • Uphold spa cleanliness standards
  • Bring a positive and energetic attitude to help build team morale
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of Spa and/or Receptionist Experience
  • Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be 18 years old or older
