What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Executive Spa Director is the senior business leader responsible for the overall direction, financial performance, business development, revenue generation, and long-term growth of the Spa. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase treatment appointments, guest engagement, retail sales, partnerships, and overall Spa profitability.

As a member of the Resort's Executive Committee, the Executive Spa Director participates in property-wide strategic planning and decision-making and serves as the primary executive representative for the Spa.

The Executive Spa Director works closely with the Spa Director of Operations, who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Spa. This position maintains a strong focus on the business of the Spa, identifying opportunities, developing new revenue streams, building strategic partnerships, managing financial performance, and ensuring the Spa continues to evolve within the luxury wellness marketplace.

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, Finance, Wellness Management, or related field preferred.

  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury Spa, Resort Spa, wellness, hospitality, or comparable high-end service environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business-development strategies.

  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, Spa, wellness, and consumer trends.

  • Exceptional strategic-thinking, financial, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly entrepreneurial, innovative, and results oriented.

  • Experience with Forbes Five-Star or comparable luxury service standards strongly preferred.
