What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a salesperson, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Salesperson, you need a solid understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and often a background in business or related fields. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tracking systems is commonly required. Outstanding interpersonal skills, resilience, and persuasive communication set top performers apart in this role. These abilities are crucial for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

What are some common challenges faced by speech pathologists when working in multidisciplinary teams?
