  • Serve as an architect, providing advice to help advisors form holistic portfolios of managed solutions for clients (the blending of managed strategies), based on J.P. Morgan's market views, but customized according to client preference and risk level
  • Present on global and regional calls to message advice, and craft written communications sent to all advisors
  • Design scalable content across all mediums, with an appreciation for the wide range of advisor experience levels with regards to investments (ranging from new to investments to institutional-like sophistication)
  • Work closely with Regional Portfolio Specialists within the team to drive new investment flows and retain existing business, evaluating trends across regions and pivoting focus accordingly
  • Partner with regional and local leadership teams to establish region- and market-specific plans to drive new long-term investments flows and retain existing business
  • Provide advice and support for advisors on large prospect and existing client opportunities, meeting with prospects and clients directly on a regular basis
  • Advocate as necessary for new strategies, while also highlighting opportunities for enhancements in marketing, tech, and finance

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably experience in direct investing, client portfolio management, or an investment specialist role at an Asset Management firm, Wealth Manager, Investment Bank, or Institutional Investor (e.g. Sovereign Wealth Fund, Endowment)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills to clearly and passionately articulate investment views and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences, including in larger group settings
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively scale communication through various mediums (live presentation, written, recorded video) across a large and broad advisor and client base
  • Strong technical skills related to global financial markets, with the ability to engage in robust dialogue directly with Portfolio Managers
  • Experience with managed accounts across multi-asset, equities, and fixed income, including active and passive strategies (this role will focus on equities day-to-day)
  • Demonstrated aptitude for sales and client relationship management with advisors and clients
  • Collaborative approach, with an ability to multi-task through strong organizational and prioritization skills, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and pro-active disposition in communication style
