Location: Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Office
Pay Rate: Up to $33 per hour

In this role, you’ll work closely with our recruitment and operations teams to identify, attract, and place top healthcare talent across the East Coast. You’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare facilities by connecting qualified professionals with meaningful career opportunities while helping maintain exceptional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and screen healthcare professionals for open positions

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

  • Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, facility leaders, and hiring managers

  • Match candidates with opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career goals

  • Maintain accurate candidate records within recruiting systems and databases

  • Meet recruitment goals and performance metrics in a high-energy environment

  • Collaborate with team members to support company growth and staffing initiatives

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required

  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
