In the souvenirs industry, roles such as high-volume sales managers or business owners can earn $10,000 or more monthly without a formal degree, especially if they operate successful online stores or wholesale operations. What are some common challenges faced by retail associates working in souvenir shops?

Retail associates in souvenir shops often face challenges such as managing high volumes of tourists during peak seasons, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and displays are attractive, and handling customers who may not speak the local language.
