Job description

Join the practice of Southern Utah's only Board-Certified Endodontist in our modern, state-of-the-art specialty office.

We are looking for a full-time Dental Assistant who is excited to build a long-term career as part of our close-knit team.

Dental assisting experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider an exceptional candidate with a stable employment history and experience in healthcare or another detail-oriented, patient-focused profession.

If you don't have dental experience but have the right qualities, we will provide extensive training. You will begin by learning the foundation of our practice, including sterilization, treatment room setup, infection control, instruments, materials, and clinical procedures before progressing into chairside assisting.

Our office utilizes advanced technology, including surgical microscopes, digital radiography, CBCT imaging, implant procedures, and 3D printing. Opportunities to cross-train with front office responsibilities are also available.

We're looking for someone who is:

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20–30+/hour DOE
  • $20/hour starting wage during training for applicants without dental experience

  • Merit-based increases as skills and responsibilities grow
  • Paid holidays, paid vacation, and bonus opportunities after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
