Job Title: Youth Engagement Specialist (Direct Care Staff)
CSEC Program - Las Vegas, Nevada
Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth
Eagle Quest is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Youth Engagement Specialists in our residential program serving youth who have experienced trauma and adversity. In this role, you will help provide a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth while mentoring them and supporting their growth, independence, and healing. If you are passionate about helping youth succeed and want to work with a team that makes a real impact in the Southern Nevada community, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive mentoring relationships with youth in the program
  • Help maintain a safe and supportive living environment
  • Support youth in developing coping skills, communication skills, and daily living skills
  • Assist with crisis stabilization and emotional support when needed
  • Facilitate and participate in structured activities and life-skills groups
  • Provide transportation for appointments, school, and activities
  • Assist with medication distribution following program procedures
  • Document services and daily interactions for program and Medicaid reporting
  • Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and program staff
  • Support youth with appointments, schedules, and daily routines

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience working with youth or families
  • Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass FBI and Interstate background checks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Sociology
  • Human Development
  • Public Health
  • Education
  • Community Health
  • Nursing
  • Or related human services field
