Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA for a job share opportunity at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This role offers full autonomy, strong compensation, and exceptional work-life balance with 25 weeks of coverage per year.

Position Highlights:

  • $244,047 (1099) for 25 weeks of coverage
  • CRNA-only facility with full scope, independent practice
  • Anesthesia team of 6 CRNAs with 4 on-site daily
  • Beeper call from home; 1:6 rotation with post-call day off
  • Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology
  • New grads welcome
  • Relocation assistance available
