Role Overview
Summary of Job: Full-Time Opportunities at Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) including the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, Herrin Hospital, St. Joseph Memorial Hospital, and Harrisburg Medical Center.
Cases Include: Case mix is dependent on each individual location. SIH Carbondale offers higher acuity while SIH Herrin and SIH St. Joseph offer lower acuity. SIH Harrisburg offers a fully independent CRNA model.
Compensation: Enjoy unfixed earning potential with base pay ranging from $300K to $400K+ depending on shift selections. Sign-On Bonus of $75,000, 9 weeks of PTO, Retention Bonus, Full Benefits, and more!
Facility Description: Options for call taking or non-call taking. Flexible scheduling and wonderful team culture with autonomy!
