We’re seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to lead the launch of an outpatient primary care program in Juneau, Alaska. Join a respected multispecialty group expanding into primary care and offering the opportunity to provide your input into the vision of the program. Their modern facility already offers Orthopedics, PM&R, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Massage Therapy, X-ray, MRI, and DEXA.

This role is perfect for a physician who values autonomy, collaboration, and community medicine in one of the most scenic places in the world.

Position Highlights

  • Establish and grow a new primary care program within a thriving specialty group
  • Full-spectrum outpatient practice: preventive, chronic disease, and acute care management, plus office-based procedures
  • No call responsibilities — enjoy a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance
  • Option for a 4-day work week
  • Manageable patient volume: 15–25 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $275,000–$300,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus production-based incentives

  • PTO: 20 days annually + 11 paid holidays
  • CME: 5 days + $2,500 annual allowance
  • Relocation/sign-on bonus: $30,000
