• Stay updated on trends and advancements in audio production, post-production, and sound design (especially utilizing generative AI), using this knowledge to inform work and push creative boundaries.
• Direct and manage the work of outside contractors and freelancers as needed.
This position is a perfect fit for you if:
• Our Company values - Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an "I" - really speak to you.

• You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
• You are highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
What you should have:
• 4+ years of professional experience in audio post-production (experience in a corporate environment, agency - specifically healthcare agency is a plus but not required).
• Background in music production - a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Pro Tools required, familiarity with Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the latest audio production tools, both traditional and those utilizing AI.
