Princeton, NJ, USA | Hourly | 17.00-17.50 per hour DOE | Part Time

TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. With a team of over 1,500 nationwide associates, TMG is seeking an individual who can uniquely contribute to our 30+ years of success in the industry.

Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor/ Manager the Part Time Associate is responsible for assisting in the Mail Center by accurately sorting, posting and delivering mail and packages in a campus university environment. Mail and package delivery will also include use of the corporate van for deliveries throughout the campus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times. • Assist in the Mail center with sorting, posting and delivering mail • Receive and scan all incoming packages (UPS, FedEx, Amazon etc), sort and place in package lockers • Post outgoing mail • Provide customer service for all mail center services via customer service window • Backup to courier driver for deliveries throughout the campus • Backup to courier driver for USPS mail pickup at the Post Office • Answer telephone and email inquiries • Maintain time, volume and delivery records. • Ensure the highest levels of customer care. • Order office supplies, maintain inventory of supplies • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • • High school diploma required • Valid Drivers License with clean driving record • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, computers, and relevant software applications; excellent keyboarding skills • Familiar with appropriate customer service principles and practices; must be customer service focused • Professional personal presentation • Strong organizational and planning skills; detail oriented
