Job description

Job Summary:
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication within the
department and with the vendors, and time management. Must be able to work alone or with a
team.
Job Duties:
  • Printing 300+ invoices daily
  • Sorting invoices by stock and dropship
  • Verifying that dropship invoices comply with Orgills processes and patching them for AnyDoc in a timely manner
  • Collecting the daily mail from the mailroom, sorting it, and distributing it to the specialists
  • Forwarding emails containing research questions and statements to the correct supervisor or research email
  • Backup for AnyDoc desk
  • Verify edits from drop ship report
  • Assist with verifying stock batches if needed
  • Backup for Stock Keyers if needed
  • Other duties as needed.
