Job Summary:
A Clinical Assistant provides essential administrative support to the agency's clinical management team, including the Clinical Manager and Assistant Clinical Manager. Key responsibilities include managing incoming phone calls by answering, handling, and routing them appropriately, sorting and organizing faxes, and overseeing the management of reports for the agency. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within the clinical department and supporting efficient patient care.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate.
Experience and Skills: Candidates should have at least one year of administrative experience, along with strong customer service skills.
