Job description

Role and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the ___Production Supervisor__, the Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick-up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.
Schedule: AWW Mon-Thur/12:30pm-11:00pm (4/10-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $17.94 per hour
Status: Non-exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
  • Responsible for sorting orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route.
  • Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
  • Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
  • Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
  • Attention to detail and able to multitask.
  • Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Other Job functions or cross training may apply.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Used RF technology.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs.
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Flexible schedule a must
  • Positive approach to assigned tasks.
