Job Summary
The Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, transferring, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role supports the accurate and efficient movement of merchandise and materials to meet the needs of customers, vendors, and branch locations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performs a range of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment

  • Accurately picks, stages, and moves orders; assists with unloading and check-in of incoming merchandise

  • Sorts and stores products using standardized inventory systems and maintains a clean, safe, and accessible work environment

  • Follows standard procedures for loading, documentation, and exception handling

  • Safely operates warehouse equipment and completes assigned aisle duties

  • Accurately labels products and supports physical inventory counts

  • Inspects inbound and outbound products for damage, quantity accuracy, and proper documentation

  • Follows verification procedures and promptly reports inventory or location discrepancies

  • Follows all company safety policies, including PPE use and safe lifting practices

  • Conducts equipment inspections and ensures proper load security during vehicle loading

  • Reports and addresses unsafe conditions, accidents, or incidents, and completes all required documentation
