They help ensure that items are accurately routed for shipping and timely delivery to customers. Sortation Associates often use conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to handle packages efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They play a crucial part in the logistics and supply chain process.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, Finance, Engineering and external vendors to align priorities, unblock execution, and ensure operational readiness.

What You’ll Need
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, facilities, or industrial operations; multi-site leadership strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead leaders (manager-of-managers), build talent pipelines, and drive accountability.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region (anticipated 30–50%, based on network needs).

Why This Role Matters

This role improves regional execution, regular cadence, standard work, and channels for managing critical issues—while crafting a clear leadership growth track for strong operators who want broader impact without leaving the execution lane!
