Job description

Position: Warehouse Associate - General Labor

Location: Novi, MI.

Shift Time: Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm/6:00pm (depending on workload) *Occasional Saturday overtime*

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr 

Job Summary: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship). Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards. Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store). 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, 
  • ship).
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Experience operating a forklift

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs, occasionally up to 70lbs
  • Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
  • Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team
  • Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift 
  • Proficient use of a computer
