Are you an experienced press operator looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment, producing high-quality apparel for globally known music artists and sports entertainment clients?
We're looking for a Screen-Printing Press operator with at least two years of hands-on experience setting up and running multicolor jobs on 8color au-12 automatic presses to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 12-color automatic screen presses for multicolor garment jobs.
- Register complex designs accurately and efficiently to maintain high print quality standards.
- Mix, manage, and monitor inks to ensure color consistency and proper curing.
- Follow job tickets closely to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Perform routine press adjustments and basic troubleshooting during production runs.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure clean prints with minimal defects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Accurately complete job tickets and production records.
- Follow safety procedures and proper material handling guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating manual or automatic screen printing presses.
- Proven experience setting up and running multicolor jobs (8-12 colors preferred).
- Strong understanding of registration, print order, squeegee pressure, off-contact, and ink control.
- Ability to troubleshoot print issues efficiently.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during production shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
- Tolerance for working around inks, cleaning chemicals, heat.
