Job Descriptionย 

We are looking for a full-time Pipeline Integrity Engineer toย workย as anย Implementation Engineerย and oversee assigned clientele,ย be responsible forย continued success of each client and provide regular updates to the client andย Irthย management. Client involvement starts with Pilot Programs, extends into implementation of our solutions, and continues withย introductionย of new features and continued responsibility for customer satisfaction and success. The successful candidate in this role will need toย establishย a strong relationship with assigned clientele and respond to any technical / business related inquiries. The role will be pivotal in empowering the customer and ensuring allย facetsย of the application are being used to advance their business and to driveย Irthย revenue.ย 

Responsibilities - External - Customerย Facingย (80% of role) & Internal (20% of role):ย 

  • Develop a thorough understanding ofย Irth - Asset Integrity for Pipelines products to successfully implement, configure, and trainย new users.ย ย 
  • Project management - ability toย confidently and successfully manage project deliverables, success KPI's and project budgets.ย 
  • Teach and coach new and active customers toย identifyย threats to their pipeline assetsย identifiedย by the software andย assistย them to achieve their business goals andย objectivesย 
  • Suggestย additionalย ways that these tools can be used to address regulatory data collection & analysis needs.ย 
  • Submit and assess the value of enhancement requests and prioritize those requests for adoption in the productย 
  • Provide mentorship on integrity management best practicesย 
  • Perform configurations, data loading, model execution, reportย presentationsย and interpretation of resultsย 
  • Manage requirements from multiple client accountsย 
  • Build andย maintainย strong customer relationshipsย 
  • Drive the success of our customers by greater adoption andย possible expansionย opportunities within the active customer baseย 
  • Drive improvements in processes and policies, helping to move toward greater automation,ย self-service, and customer empowermentย 
  • Work effectively with various teams including large client organizationsย 
  • Be the key communication channel for all business and development opportunities for responsible clientsย 
  • Work with product management teams to communicate customer requirements/requestsย 
  • Support product development sprints byย providingย customer insights and feedbackย 
  • Communicate effectively to all channels involved in product developmentย

Compensation
The salary range for this role is CAD $140k. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Any offers made are dependent on factors including and not limited to experience, skills, and location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in the midstream / transmission pipeline industryย requiredย 
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of ย Z662 / ASME andย other industry guidanceย requiredย 
  • Experience analyzingย different typesย of pipeline integrity assessment dataย requiredย 
  • Experience working with pipeline integrity software and technology preferredย 
  • Experience working with multiple levels within a Fortune 100 company preferredย 
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skillsย 
  • Experience withย solution development processes and application support lifecyclesย preferred but notย required.ย 
  • Ability to travel throughout North Americaย and internationally if neededย 
  • Very organizedย and structured with attention to detailย
