Job Description:

We are looking for Lead Delivery Solution Architect (LDSA) to join our team!

  • Senior technical leader responsible for shaping and delivering complex, high-value solutions during both the early engagement phases and throughout the lifecycle of large-scale customer programs

  • LDSA plays pivotal role in:

    • Early Engagement: Supporting solutioning activities during the early stages of the sales cycle, acting as the technical design authority and trusted advisor to customers. The LDSA ensures that proposed solutions are technically sounds, aligned with business objectives, and feasible for delivery.

    • Program Architecture Leadership: Leading the technical execution of large, multi-domain programs, ensuring architectural integrity, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery outcomes.

  • The role requires experience in:

    • Designing and delivering hybrid cloud and enterprise-scale solutions

    • Acting as a single point of contact for solution architecture across internal and external stakeholders

    • Driving quality, governance and continuous improvement across delivery teams

    • Collaborating with pursuit managers, program managers, managed services and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from design to run.

  • The LDSA is expected to operate with strategic foresight, technical depth, and strong leadership, enabling HPE to deliver differentiated value to customers and accelerate business outcomes.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise with the Nvidia AI solutions

  • Expertise with Machine Learning and deep learning

  • Data Science knowledge and experience

  • Big data and cloud computing

  • Experience with large-scale AI Solution deployments

  • Preferred experience with HPE HPC products and solutions

  • Experience with planning and implementation AI solutions for customers

  • Strong communication and consulting skills
