  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
  • Assess current-state Salesforce complexity and define target-state solution options aligned to business outcomes.
  • Design scalable data models, security models, integration patterns, and governance controls.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise engineering, architects, developers, and admins to translate requirements into implementable designs.
  • Support CRM consolidation and Salesforce org rationalization discussions with clear technical recommendations.
  • Provide architecture oversight for development work, including design reviews, risk identification, and solution validation.
  • Create architecture artifacts, design notes, decision logs, and recommendations that can support roadmap and implementation planning.
  • Help mature Salesforce Center of Excellence practices, including design standards, release discipline, and reusable patterns.
Must-Have Skills
  • 15+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on background and architecture leadership.
  • Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutioning experience.
  • Experience with enterprise Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud and multi-org environments.
  • Strong data modeling, sharing/security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governance design experience.
  • Strong integration architecture experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware patterns.
  • Ability to lead discovery, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and translating business needs into technical solution designs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; must be able to explain architecture choices to business and technical audiences.
