What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule in jobs, including roles like Solopulse, often refers to the typical probation or trial period that lasts three months, during which an employer assesses a new employee's performance and fit for the role. This period allows both parties to evaluate if the employment should continue or be adjusted, and it may influence benefits, job security, or training requirements.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

Solopulse is not a recognized job title; however, roles such as freelance digital marketers, software developers, or online business owners can earn $10,000 or more monthly without a formal degree by leveraging skills, online platforms, and self-employment. Success typically depends on experience, client base, and market demand, often requiring strong digital skills and entrepreneurial effort.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

High-paying jobs that can earn $2,000 or more per day include specialized consulting, high-level executive roles, certain freelance or contract positions in tech or finance, and some entrepreneurial ventures. These roles often require advanced skills, significant experience, or certifications, and may involve long hours or high responsibility.

What jobs pay $10,000 a week?

Jobs that can pay $10,000 a week often include high-level roles such as specialized consultants, senior executives, or successful entrepreneurs. Certain freelance or contract positions in tech, finance, or sales with significant experience and skills can also reach this level, especially with commissions or bonuses. These roles typically require advanced expertise, certifications, or a strong professional network.

Job description

About SoloPulse
SoloPulse is a DARPA-funded Georgia Tech spin-out and non-traditional defense contractor (NTDC). We leverage advanced wave theory rooted in Quantum Electrodynamics (QED) to transform low-cost RF hardware into tactical-grade intelligence tools. Our product line includes SIGMA™ (Electronic Support), NOVA™ (SAR imaging), and ATHENA™ (AI orchestration), providing high-fidelity sensing at the tactical edge.
The Role
The Program Manager is responsible for translating USG contractual agreements and SoloPulse leadership directives into actionable Project Management Plans (PMPs). You will manage a portfolio of simultaneous projects, acting as the arbiter of accountability within a matrixed environment to ensure predictable delivery and seeking synergies across the projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • PMP Generation: Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans for each project based on contractual SOWs and dialogue with the leadership team.

  • Accountability Management: Use the PMP as the single source of truth to provide objective evidence of plan/resource divergence, replacing "finger-pointing" with plan-based metrics.

  • Matrix Coordination: Partner with the Engineering Manager to secure and align technical resources for project execution.

  • Technical Qualification: Work with the engineering team to qualify progress and provide the CPO with an accurate, "no-ignorance" view of product readiness.

  • Operational Stewardship: Ensure hardware and software design choices prioritize operational utility and relevant requirements for the warfighter.

  • IP Protection: Collaborate with the CTO to document technical advancements in a way that protects SoloPulse's long-term Intellectual Property.

Required Skills & Experience
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • >5 years of relevant experience with USG programs

Defense Program Execution
  • Portfolio Leadership: Proven track record of simultaneously leading 3-5 medium/high-complexity technical projects for defense industry customers.

  • Contractual Expertise: Familiarity with SBIR (Phase II/III), OTA (Other Transaction Authority), and commercial-to-government sales.

  • Compliance: Expert understanding of ITAR/EAR regulations and defense-specific documentation standards.

Technical & Operational Literacy
  • RF Systems: Functional understanding of RF systems.

  • Hardware Deployment: Familiarity with the mechanical engineering rigors of moving lab prototypes into tactical environments.

  • Documentation Rigor: Mastery in turning complex contract requirements into execution-ready PMPs using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.

Leadership in the Matrix
  • Influence without Authority: Ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams that do not report directly to you.

  • Risk Mitigation: Experience identifying resourcing gaps and technical debt before they impact customer relationships.

  • Communication: Ability to present clear, data-driven progress reports horizontally to peers and upward to the C-suite.

Additional Prefered Skill and Experience
  • Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • >8 years of relevant experience with USG program management
  • Relevant military experience
  • PMP/PgMP Certification
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance

$140,000 - $160,000 a year
