Supporting St. Davids HealthCare Affiliated Breast Imaging Centers
1099 Independent Contractor | Pay-Per-Procedure Compensation

Position Overview

Solis Mammography is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to support our growing Austin / Central Texas market through our partnership with St. Davids HealthCare. This is a hybrid opportunity combining onsite breast imaging support at St. Davids affiliated Solis Mammography centers with remote breast imaging interpretation across Solis Mammographys large national network of 150 breast imaging centers across 25 major metro areas.

The position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role and compensated through a pay-per-procedure / pay-per-click model, allowing flexibility and strong earning potential based on volume.

This opportunity is ideal for a breast imaging radiologist who values schedule flexibility, high-quality outpatient breast imaging, and the ability to support a well-established womens health platform in Central Texas.

Key Responsibilities

The Breast Imaging Radiologist will provide high-quality interpretation and clinical support for breast imaging services, including:

  • Screening mammography interpretation
  • Diagnostic mammography interpretation
  • Breast ultrasound interpretation
  • Breast MRI interpretation, if applicable
  • Stereotactic breast biopsy
  • Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy
  • Diagnostic workups and patient-facing consultation during onsite days
  • Timely and accurate reporting in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Collaboration with technologists, center leadership, referring providers, and clinical operations teams
  • Support of quality, patient experience, and turnaround-time expectations
Position Structure

This is a hybrid breast imaging role supporting Solis Mammographys Austin / Central Texas market, including St. Davids affiliated breast imaging locations.

The position may include support for centers such as:

  • Solis Mammography, a department of St. Davids Medical Center
  • Solis Mammography, a department of St. Davids North Austin Medical Center
  • Solis Mammography, a department of St. Davids South Austin Medical Center
  • Solis Mammography, a department of St. Davids Round Rock Medical Center

The schedule may include:

  • A combination of onsite days in the Austin / Central Texas market and remote reading
  • Flexible scheduling based on market needs and physician availability
  • Access to remote breast imaging volume through Solis 150-center network across 25 major metro areas
  • Outpatient-focused breast imaging environment
  • No traditional hospital-based call expectations
Compensation Model

This opportunity is offered as a 1099 independent contractor position.

Compensation is based on a pay-per-procedure / pay-per-click model, allowing radiologists to be paid according to completed imaging interpretations and procedures.
