In your role, you will predominantly work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, ensuring that the therapeutic relationship can thrive in a productive environment. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. This focus enables our counselors to apply tailored interventions and achieve significant outcomes in client wellness.

• A valid and active professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee, free from any disciplinary actions.
• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required, ensuring a solid foundation in mental health principles and ethics.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic techniques and an ability to adapt to individual client needs.
• Proven strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build supportive therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
