In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to treat various mood and anxiety disorders.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize client care and contribute to evolving treatment protocols.
• Participating in virtual training sessions and team meetings focused on ongoing professional development.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Understanding the complexities of mental health and cultural diversity, you will adapt your therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of each client, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in their practicing state.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation of client sessions.
• A solid professional record with no disciplinary issues noted by any licensing board.

While not mandatory, priority will be given to candidates with:

• Experience in telehealth or online therapy settings, with an understanding of virtual client engagement.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or other therapeutic modalities relevant to our patient population.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care settings, enhancing treatment integration across disciplines.
