What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Solder Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling and soldering high-quality electronic products used by customers around the world.


Responsibilities

  • Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount electronic components.
  • Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs), wiring harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Inspect solder joints to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform PCB rework and repairs as needed.
  • Accurately document completed work and inspection results.
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous soldering or electronics assembly experience preferred, but not required.
