With over a decade of experience, we are not just installing solar – we are powering a future. • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through every step of the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovations to keep the team competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Experience with roofing and other home improvement products is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

This is your opportunity to join a growing company with a strong foundation and an exciting future. If you're a results-driven leader ready to take on a role with unlimited potential, Semper Solaris wants to hear from you!
