Position Overview:

This technician must have the skills to meet the overall maintenance needs of an apartment community and knowledge to work with the team on preventative maintenance special projects. The Roving Maintenance Technician will be required to travel to locations to meet the maintenance needs of our apartment communities.

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management organization specializing in multifamily affordable housing. Our portfolio includes multifamily housing for families, seniors, special needs, single room occupancy, mixed use as well as business parks, and commercial properties.


Locations:

  • Primarily roaming throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. However, other locations may be assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Mandatory Requirement Experience in 2 of the following trades : Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance technician
  • Conduct corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance in units and on the property
  • Experience in, but not limited to dry wall, carpentry, and painting
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
  • Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
  • Computer skills for viewing and completing work orders


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized certifications, such as HVAC, are desirable.


Compensation:

  • $27 Hr.
