Job description


This is a full-time, door-to-door (D2D) field sales position with ESP Solar, a residential solar installer that has powered over 30,000 homes since 2015 across California and Texas.

The required work location is in person twice a week is in Concord, CA 94520.

Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-only sales position. The stated annual pay is performance-based, with a wide range of $75,000.00 to $350,000.00 per year.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:
No prior sales experience is required.

Core Responsibilities:
The primary focus is direct, in-person customer engagement:

  • You will work in a door-to-door sales environment, speaking directly with homeowners about ESP Solar’s services and solar solutions.
  • Key duties include generating initial interest, qualifying potential customers, and either setting firm appointments or closing sales deals on the spot.
  • You are responsible for tracking your leads and attending required team trainings and meetings.
