In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing photovoltaic (solar) systems on residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your expertise will help accelerate the transition to clean energy while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project. Duties
Install photovoltaic solar systems, including mounting panels, wiring, and fixture installation on rooftops and ground-mounted sites
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure precise system setup
Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
Follow electrical safety procedures in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association) standards and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively during installation tasks
Coordinate with roofing teams and other construction professionals to ensure seamless integration of solar systems with existing structures
Conduct electrical blueprint reading and schematics analysis for accurate system configuration
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, including NFPA 70 standards for high voltage and low voltage electrical work
Experience
