The Work


As a Solar Installation Technician, you'll work on residential and commercial solar energy projects throughout the Greater St. Louis region.


Your responsibilities will include installing solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and related equipment; performing site assessments; interpreting plans and drawings; testing and troubleshooting system performance; documenting completed work; and working closely with project managers, customers, and fellow team members to ensure every project meets our standards for quality and safety.


You'll work on both rooftop and ground-mounted systems while helping deliver clean, reliable energy solutions to our customers.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience installing residential and commercial solar energy systems
  • Strong understanding of solar equipment, mounting systems, and installation best practices
  • Experience reading plans, schematics, and installation drawings
  • Knowledge of NEC requirements and local building codes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Professional communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • OSHA certification and solar industry certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and residence within the Greater St. Louis area
