We’re looking for a knowledgeable, motivated professional to join our Sales Department and help shape the future of sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed estimates, quotations, and proposals that align with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with customers to foster trust and drive business growth.
  • Act as a primary point of contact to proactively address customers' questions, challenges, and feedback.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle and maintain an active pipeline within the designated Lower Mainland territory.
  • Identify, engage, and educate potential customers on product offerings, ensuring solutions are tailored to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships that support continued sales opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience focused on responsiveness and satisfaction.
  • Manage personal scheduling and follow-up activities with strong organization and independence.
  • Perform preliminary solar site assessments and energy consumption analysis to design customized photovoltaic solutions and calculate projected Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Educate customers on available federal and provincial solar rebates, tax incentives, and financing options to facilitate the adoption of renewable energy projects.
  • Stay updated on local building codes and BC Hydro/Utility net-billing policies to ensure all solar project proposals are compliant and technically feasible.

What you bring:


  • A high level of ownership and accountability throughout the full sales and project lifecycle.
  • Background in the residential solar industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical product knowledge into clear and compelling client conversations.
  • Reliability and consistency — clients and teammates can count on you to follow through on commitments.
  • A consultative approach with genuine interest in helping customers find the right roofing and solar solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to independently plan and coordinate client visits.
  • Must have a valid BC Driver's License.

What  do we offer:

  • Competitive Pay: $60,000-$100,000 based on experience. On target sales Salary + commissions
