Park Project Manager

Splash Summit Waterpark - Provo, UT

Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader who enjoys creating systems, managing projects, and helping teams stay on track? Splash Summit Waterpark is seeking a Park Project Manager to oversee the organization, coordination, and daily operations of our Maintenance department.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative work, team leadership, scheduling, and department organization while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

As the Park Project Manager, you will work closely with the maintenance manager to organize tasks, coordinate staff, manage department systems, and ensure park cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.

ResponsibilitiesDepartment Operations & Organization
  • Oversee daily operations of the Maintenance department
  • Create and manage cleaning schedules, task lists, and department assignments
  • Organize daily, weekly, and seasonal projects
  • Ensure completion of department checklists and operational tasks
  • Develop systems to improve efficiency, organization, and accountability
  • Maintain department records and documentation
Staff Leadership & Coordination
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training Park Services and Maintenance employees
  • Build and manage employee schedules
  • Assign daily responsibilities and monitor task completion
  • Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members
  • Maintain communication between Maintenance and other departments
  • Help create a positive and productive team environment
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Track department expenses, receipts, and budgets
