Your duties and responsibilities in this career can vary slightly depending on the scale of your project plan, but many of the principles are overlapping. Job description

About IntelliSurvey (http://intellisurvey.com): IntelliSurvey is the online market research technology leader. We are a privately held company based in Southern California, with staff throughout the United States, including an office in Lexington (KY). Location: Lexington, KY Pay rate: Negotiable, depends on qualifications and experience

Salary plus performance based bonus. Description: IntelliSurvey, Inc. programs and hosts online surveys for a variety of clients in the market research industry.

We offer both software licensing via a SaaS model for our do-it-yourself clients, and we program surveys using our own software on a project-by-project basis for clients who would rather outsource all survey set up. We need a new project manager to help us handle our growing volume of client requests. Required skills and Responsibilities: The project manager will be responsible for managing client interactions throughout a project.

This includes discussing and clarifying requirements, setting up online surveys, and assisting with issues that arise. As such top notch communication skills are essential, both in written and verbal communications. Furthermore a general aptitude at dealing with sometimes demanding clients is required.

The project manager must be comfortable with tasks such as manipulating complex spreadsheets, basic html editing, and other basic technical tasks. Programming experience is not required, but the project manager must be adept at understanding and constructing complex logic statements as necessary. Other desired skills: Although the project manager position is primarily a client service position rather than a sales position, as the project manager gains experience with our systems and capabilities, the ability to sell to new clients is a plus.

In addition, depending on experience and performance, the project manager may be called upon to lead a client service team. Finally, because we are a relatively small company, everyone may be asked to wear different hats and help with whatever other tasks are necessary to help the company grow and prosper.
