Position Overview

Sunshine Renewable Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of commercial and industrial solar projects from bidding through completion. This role demands a strong customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction with every project milestone. Based in Houston, TX, this position offers an opportunity to oversee impactful renewable energy projects in a dynamic and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage all phases of solar project delivery, including bidding, scheduling, resource allocation, and final construction. Ensure projects adhere to high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain open communication with architects, engineers, and general contractors to secure consistent client satisfaction and foster strong partnerships.
  • Financial Management: Handle the financial aspects of each project, such as billing, cost tracking, and budget management, to ensure the protection and profitability of Sunshine Renewable Solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to address project changes, Requests for Information (RFIs), and scope modifications promptly to maintain project momentum.
