Job description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Installer and Technician. In this role, you will assist our experienced solar installers with the installation of solar panels and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in the solar industry. This position involves traveling with a crew to out-of-state projects (such as Pennsylvania and other nearby states) as well as local job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftops
• Travel with a crew to complete installations in other states and local areas as needed
• Learn to use and maintain roofing and electrical equipment
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy equipment and materials
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 required
