TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring Production Operators in White, GA
Position Overview
As a Cell Production Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-efficiency solar cells that power our solar panels. You will operate, monitor, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment used in the cell production process while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Pay
  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM ($19.50/hr)

  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM ($19.50/hr with $1.00 night differential)


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate automated equipment for cell production, including loading raw materials and unloading finished products.

  • Perform visual inspections and monitor equipment to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.

  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance or engineering teams of any equipment issues.

  • Complete production reports and data entry for tracking output, downtime, and defects.

  • Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Assist with equipment cleaning, line changeovers, and material replenishment.

  • Communicate with teammates and shift leaders to ensure smooth handovers and consistent production flow.

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule (including weekends, holidays)

  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation

  • Basic computer/data entry skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
