Construction Laborers – Solar Farm


NCW IS HIRING – CONSTRUCTION LABORERS


NCW is now hiring Construction Laborers for a large-scale Solar Farm Project starting MID-SEPTEMBER 2026!


We are hiring NOW ahead of the project start, so apply early and secure your spot!


PAY: DOE
NO PER DIEM – LOCAL WORK


JOB DETAILS:

  • Start Date: Mid-September 2026
  • Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts
  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
  • Construction and solar farm labor
  • No previous solar experience required
  • Training provided for motivated candidates


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Assist with installation of solar farm components
  • Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials
  • Assist skilled trades and construction crews
  • Dig, shovel, grade, and prepare work areas
  • Operate basic hand tools and construction equipment
  • Assist with solar panel and racking installation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow jobsite safety rules and instructions
  • Perform physically demanding work for extended periods
