Their tasks typically include carrying materials, setting up tools, preparing work sites, and supporting technicians or electricians during the installation process. Job description

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.
The Role
T1 Energy is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to be the operational backbone of a busy, growing HR team. This is a role for someone who thrives on keeping things organized, moving, and buttoned up, someone who takes genuine ownership of the details that make the HR function run smoothly behind the scenes.
You won't be setting strategy. You'll be making sure the strategy actually executes, that new hires show up to a seamless first day, that project plans stay current, that employee questions get answered, and that nothing important slips through the cracks. If you're early in your HR career, love being the person who holds it all together, and take pride in doing administrative work at a high level, this role is a great fit.
What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day administration of the onboarding process, coordinating logistics, paperwork, systems access, and communications to ensure every new hire has a smooth, professional start.
  • Support HR integration projects on the administrative side, tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and helping project owners stay on schedule and organized.
  • Maintain HR project plans and trackers, keeping status current, flagging open items, and running follow-up cadences to keep workstreams moving.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, routing inquiries to the right HR team member and following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation in UKG Pro and other systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate across HR functions, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners, to support cross-functional projects and ensure administrative alignment.
  • Support the preparation of HR communications, presentations, and materials for internal initiatives.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and data integrity checks as needed.
  • Identify administrative gaps and proactively propose better ways to organize and track the work.

Who You Are
  • Highly organized with a strong instinct for what needs to be tracked, documented, and followed up on.
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told something needs doing; you see the gap and close it.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and the to-do list is always long.
  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive employee information; you understand confidentiality isn't optional in HR.
  • A clear, friendly communicator who can answer employee questions with patience and route the harder ones appropriately.
  • Someone who takes the administrative side of HR seriously and does it with care and precision.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or operations coordination role.
  • Experience supporting onboarding or HR operations in a fast-growing or high-volume environment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with an HRIS platform; experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience maintaining project plans and tracking open items.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, including Excel or Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

The T1 Way
We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.
T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
