Wiring Technician Team Lead
$26-$28/Hour | Full-Time

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime available
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor wiring technicians and apprentices
  • Assign daily work and keep projects on schedule
  • Perform and oversee electrical wiring installations
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure quality workmanship
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
  • Coordinate with project teams to support successful project completion
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of electrical or wiring experience
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Solar installation experience
  • NABCEP Certification
  • Experience with panel upgrades
