Outside Sales Representative / Canvasser – Skymark Roofing

Skymark Roofing is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives and Canvassers to join our growing team across Central Florida.

If you’re competitive, outgoing, self-motivated, and want a career where your earning potential is directly tied to your performance, this is a great opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding roofing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new roofing opportunities through neighborhood canvassing, door-to-door outreach, referrals, and other prospecting methods
  • Meet with homeowners and identify potential roofing needs
  • Schedule and conduct roof inspections and customer consultations
  • Educate homeowners on roofing replacement and repair options
  • Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Work closely with production and management teams to ensure a great customer experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales, canvassing, roofing, construction, solar, or home-services experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
