As a Solar Sales Closer, you will play a pivotal role in helping homeowners transition to renewable energy, driving both company growth and customer satisfaction in a rapidly expanding industry.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Qualifying homeowners and assessing their energy needs, usage patterns, and financing options
  • Handling objections and negotiating pricing and terms to successfully close sales
  • Managing your sales pipeline and diligently following up on leads and appointments using CRM tools
  • Coordinating with operations to ensure seamless handoff and smooth project execution after the sale

Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of solar or in-home sales closing experience
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals

  • Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow-up process using CRM software
  • General computer proficiency for sales activities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • English proficiency
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including Saturdays
