Solar Sales – Energy Field Advisor

Position Overview
As a Solar Sales – Energy Field Advisor, you will be on the frontlines of our growth, meeting with homeowners, explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar, and closing deals. This is a sales-driven role with unlimited earning potential. We provide full training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed—no prior solar experience required.
Responsibilities
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through fieldwork, referrals, and company resources
  • Meet with potential customers to explain solar options and cost-saving benefits
  • Conduct consultations and tailor proposals to fit homeowner needs
  • Present and close deals with confidence and professionalism
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales skills
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree a plus
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented personality
  • Sales experience (in solar, home improvement, or related industries) preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently while hitting sales goals
Compensation
$50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year (commission-based with performance bonuses; top performers can exceed $150,000+)
