Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to install racking systems and solar panels on residential roofs.
- Assemble solar panels, arrays, and necessary supporting structures.
- Perform repairs in compliance with local, state, and OSHA regulations.
- Provide service and maintenance for solar systems when required.
- Deliver high-quality installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote awareness of heat exhaustion and ensure team members follow proper safety protocols.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and well-prepared for daily use.
- Occasionally assist in organizing equipment in the warehouse.
- Adhere to all PPE and safety regulations, including OSHA and company standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas on rooftops and in attics.
- Complete any additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of construction or solar experience, with preference given to candidates with solar experience.
- Capable of working effectively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to travel and stay overnight throughout the state when necessary.
- 1 Able to work safely with heights on ladders and in confined areas (always supervised).
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops, and able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in various environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.).
- Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment (50lbs+) to complete assigned job tasks.
- 8 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
